This application was written by Andrew_Fradley to allow PC gamers access to The_Debug_Menu. It binds to the hotkeys selected when the program is started. It also provides a PC equivalent of the Playstation version's flight cheat device code (see Codes_(Playstation_Cheat_Device)) in the form of allowing Raziel to swim through the air.
